Projects/Missions :
SLS is proud to list some of its realizations on the following paragraph, sorted chronologically:
- Logistics department heading, Prospection, sale and after-sale, activities launching, operational management Goupe ADDOHA, SAVOLA, EATON… (LORD GLOBAL EXPRESS);
- Framework and process settlement to launch 3PL entity ‘PANALOG’ (GCL & CTC) ;
- Startup project support for new brands introduction, Starbucks, Pinkberry, King Burger (GCL & LOGICOLD) ;
- Feasibility study, pros and cons assessment to construct a dry-port nearby the border line Mauritano-Malienne (Ministère des Equipements de la Mauritanie) ;
- Restructuring the Logistics Department and establishing the main stones to thrive the operational running (PREVENT PRODUCTION MAROC) ;
- Preparing the logistic assets and infrastructure to allow a smooth introduction, for a panel of worldwide brands in Luxury, fashion and retail, into the Moroccan market. (GROUPE AKSAL) ;
- Supply Chain audit and Evaluation (GCL & BEIERSDORF & GEODIS) ;
- Site management (DHL & LGE) ;
- Variety of training sessions supply chain related (OFPPT).
Moreover, beyong the accomplishments under the umbrella of SLS, the steering committee of this later was embarked within different projects in previous experiences. The members were in charge of leading many projects, across plenty of business discipline (CVs to be shared if requested).
